5.3.3 Part-time Employment
Most students have their initial employment experiences while they are in elementary or secondary school. These early experiences provide rich opportunities for students to develop self-awareness with respect to their skills, strengths, and interests and the kind of work they like to do, as well as an awareness of the world of work, education and training options, and community involvement opportunities.
