The activities outlined above provide a solid basis for the development of a competency framework for Ontario. Identifying and defining competencies and incorporating them into the curriculum expectations and learning experiences for every student in Ontario can help to ensure that all Ontario students have equitable opportunities to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed,
now and in the future.
